Billing & Paid Services Policy
Effective date: July 28, 2026
This policy applies only when Redeploy HQ offers a paid account, listing boost, featured placement, or another paid platform service (each, a “Paid Service”). It does not apply to the purchase or sale of equipment between marketplace users.
Offers, price, and taxes
The Paid Service, price, currency, billing interval, included features, duration, and any trial or introductory terms will be shown at checkout. The displayed checkout currency controls; amounts exclude applicable taxes unless checkout says otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, foreign-exchange charges, or duties that apply to your use of a Paid Service. We may change prices or features for future billing periods with advance notice where required by law; a price change does not alter an already-paid, fixed-duration boost.
Subscriptions and renewal
If a Paid Service is offered on a recurring basis, it renews automatically at the stated interval until cancelled, and you authorize the payment method on file to be charged for each renewal. You can cancel through the account billing controls or by contacting us before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available through the end of the paid period. We will provide any renewal notices required by applicable law.
Boosts and featured placements
A boost or featured placement starts at the time and for the duration stated at checkout. Placement depends on inventory, search relevance, user settings, and site operation. It may be labelled as sponsored or promoted where appropriate. A boost is not transferable between listings or accounts and does not guarantee a minimum number of impressions, inquiries, or sales.
Refunds
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a boost, placement, or paid period has started. If we cannot provide a prepaid Paid Service because of our material failure, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a re-run, service credit, or refund. We do not refund a Paid Service that is removed or suspended because your listing, account, or use of the service breaches the Terms or Seller Listing Rules.
Payment processing and failed payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor under its own terms and privacy notice. Redeploy HQ does not store full payment-card numbers. You must keep billing and payment information accurate and authorized. We may decline or suspend a Paid Service where necessary for sanctions, export-control, fraud, payment-network, or other legal compliance. If payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we may suspend or end the Paid Service and recover reasonable amounts owed, subject to applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may change or discontinue Paid Services, subject to honoring prepaid commitments or providing a lawful remedy. Questions about a charge, cancellation, or invoice should be sent to the contact shown below before initiating a payment dispute, where practical. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
