US Privacy Notice
Effective date: July 28, 2026
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for United States residents where a state privacy law applies to Redeploy HQ. It is not intended to limit rights available under applicable law.
Notice at collection
We may collect identifiers and contact details; commercial and account information; user-generated listing, inquiry, and message content; internet, device, and approximate location information; and payment-administration information when a Paid Service is offered. We use these categories for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy: operating, securing, improving, and administering the marketplace and paid services; communicating with users; and legal compliance. We retain them as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclosure and sale/share
We disclose personal information to service providers and sellers as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. If these practices change, we will provide any required notice and choice before doing so.
Your rights
Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have the right to know or access personal information, correct inaccuracies, delete information, receive a portable copy, opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
Submitting a request or appeal
Email michael_hodgson@live.ca with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, the right you wish to exercise, and enough information for us to locate your account or inquiry. We will verify your request using information appropriate to its sensitivity and respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with “Privacy Appeal” and the reason you believe the decision was incorrect. Authorized agents may submit a request where allowed by law, subject to proof of authority and identity verification.
Minors
Redeploy HQ is a business marketplace and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16.
