Seller Listing Rules
Effective date: July 28, 2026
These rules form part of the Terms of Service for every seller, organization, and person who submits a listing or supporting document to Redeploy HQ.
Accurate, authorized listings
You must have the right to offer the equipment and to upload every photo, drawing, inspection record, and document. Keep the listing current and promptly mark it unavailable, on hold, sold, or withdrawn. State material limits, defects, known safety concerns, location, and any conditions affecting availability or use. Do not claim inspection, certification, ownership, title, capacity, pressure rating, regulatory status, or suitability unless you can support the claim.
Safety, trade controls, and regulated equipment
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, permits, records, inspections, labelling, transport, export-control, re-export, sanctions, customs, dangerous-goods, environmental, and workplace-safety requirements. For an international listing or transaction, you must identify and comply with applicable restrictions on the item, related technical documents, destination, end user, and end use. Do not list explosives, firearms, prohibited weapons, controlled substances, stolen goods, or any item you may not lawfully sell, transfer, or advertise. Equipment that may contain hazardous material must be accurately described and handled lawfully.
Documents and personal information
Upload only documents that may be shared with the audience selected in the seller portal. Remove bank details, signatures, personal contact information, confidential pricing, and other information that is not necessary for the listing. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent before sharing personal information.
Review and enforcement
Redeploy HQ may review, edit for formatting, decline, remove, or suspend a listing or account at its discretion, particularly where it appears inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, infringing, or inconsistent with these rules. Review or a verification label does not make Redeploy HQ responsible for the listing or guarantee that equipment is safe, compliant, or suitable.
