International Marketplace & Trade Policy

Redeploy HQ may make marketplace tools available internationally, but availability does not mean that a listing, user, transaction, payment, shipment, or service is lawful or available in every country. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and Seller Listing Rules.
Equipment transactions are between users
Redeploy HQ is not the exporter, importer, seller of record, buyer of record, customs broker, freight forwarder, carrier, or agent for an equipment transaction unless we expressly agree otherwise in a signed writing. Buyers and sellers must agree directly on title, price, currency, payment, inspection, shipping, insurance, duties, taxes, customs declarations, and any permits or records.
Trade controls and sanctions
You must comply with all laws that apply to you, the equipment, the technology or documents associated with it, and the proposed destination or end use. This includes applicable export, re-export, import, customs, sanctions, anti-boycott, anti-bribery, dangerous-goods, and end-user/end-use restrictions. You must not use Redeploy HQ in connection with a prohibited destination, sanctioned or restricted person, prohibited end use, or transaction requiring an authorization that has not been obtained.
Seller responsibilities
Before listing or transferring equipment internationally, sellers must determine whether they have authority to offer it, whether it is controlled or restricted, whether technical documents can be shared, and whether licences, classification, screening, end-user statements, destination-control language, or other records are required. Sellers must accurately describe material restrictions and must not conceal a party, destination, end use, or route.
Our rights
We may request information, refuse a listing or Paid Service, restrict access by location, block a transaction-related communication, or preserve and disclose information where reasonably necessary for trade-control, sanctions, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance. We do not promise to screen every listing, user, or transaction and our review does not replace your own compliance obligations.
